Thank you for speaking at this year’s Frontiers in Pediatric Genomic Medicine Conference. If you haven’t already, please register and provide your title and headshot by March 15.

During Speaker Registration, please state your preference for dates that you will stay at the event hotel. If you choose to stay at Hotel La Jolla, our Event Coordinator will make your reservations directly for up to three nights to be included on the master bill as long as it falls within 30 April – 3 May 2024. Please feel free to include any special instructions in the text box when you register.
A shuttle service will be provided to and from Hotel La Jolla to Scripps Seaside Forum, the Frontiers Conference Site.
If you opt to make a reservation on your own at a different location, you will be reimbursed the Daily Lodging Rate for San Diego of $194 per night from April 30 – May 3, 2024. Travel reimbursement will take place after your stay by way of submitted travel documents within 60 days of event completion (see Downloads below).
The Daily Lodging Rate for San Diego in April and May 2024 is $194. Meals and Incidentals is a rate of $74 per day with a $55 rate for the first and last day of travel.
