Conference Postponed

Thank you for your interest in submitting a poster to the 2022 Frontiers in Pediatric Genomic Medicine Conference. We have postponed the conference and so will not be accepting poster submissions at this time. Call for Abstracts

We invite you to submit your abstracts for the 2022 Frontiers in Pediatric Genomic Medicine conference which will be held virtually April 26th – 27th, 2022. The theme for this year is Beyond Diagnosis to Therapeutics.

This Year's Tracks

Diagnostics

This category includes hypothesis-driven studies related to clinical outcomes. This category is also open to case-based observations related to genomics. For example, this category is appropriate to share one-time interventions or good catches related to improving the standard of care in pediatrics.

Therapeutics

This category includes hypothesis-driven studies related to therapeutics outcomes.

Patient Advocacy

This category is open to anyone who is involved with initiatives relating to diagnostics odyssey and therapeutics as it relates to patients and their families.

Guidelines

Total length of the abstract should not exceed 300 words. Abstracts will be accepted until February 23^rd and 5:00 pm PST. A disclosure form will be required from all persons involved in the selection, development and presentation of content and are required to disclose any real or apparent conflicts of interest.

The Frontiers program committee will review submissions and notify you of the outcome of selection for poster display or a live poster presentation by March 9^th.

The link for a poster template will be provided on March 9^th. We will require a final PDF to display your poster at the virtual exhibit. Final poster submissions will be due March 31^st at 5:00pm PST.

Complimentary registration will be provided for the presenting author.

Posters Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a registration discount code for the lead author?

There is a 100% registration discount code is for the lead author only and will be emailed upon approval of your poster to the Lead Author only. Simply click on promo code (at the top left of the registration page) and type in the code.

Is my poster limited to one page?

Yes.

I paid $100 for attending this conference before knowing that presenters are waived for a registration fee - is it possible for me to get a refund?

Only the lead author will be provided a discount code for 100% registration fee coverage. Please wait to register for the Frontiers conference until March 9th when selection emails will be sent regarding approved posters.

Should the video be in .mov, .mpg or .avi formats?

There are no specific requirements on the video other than .mov, .mpg, .avi formats.

Is there a limit to the length of my video?

The video length is 5 minutes.

Will it be uploaded to the event’s website? Or do we need to share a YouTube or Vimeo link?

You will upload the video to the Jotform link you used when submitting your initial poster submission along with the final poster PDF (of your PPT poster). You should have received a confirmation email with your dedicated submission link which allows you to go back and edit the poster submission and upload materials.

Are there any specific requirements for the recording?

Once the video and final poster PDF are submitted through Jotform, our team will upload these items to our virtual platform. The poster and video will be available for viewing/download by the learners throughout the conference.
